I am writing this testimonial about Zahrah, my spiritual guide into a life I knew I had in me, but didn't know how to reach. The universe brought her to me at the right time and place when I needed this guidance.
Zahrah showed me that there are ways to have healing and knowledge through your own mind and body. The tools she has given me have helped me to receive the answers that were already there within. She has helped heal things from my past to clear a path for my future. Also the body work she does on me through reiki and chakra cleansing has put me in a state of clarity which helps me to live my everyday life with joy and happiness that I never knew I had.

I experienced Breathwork for the first time on a one on one with Zahrah. She had a way of speaking that makes you feel easily relaxed and safe. She took me through a series of different techniques to help me activate certain areas of my body and energy field. The experience was remarkable. I would definitely work with Zahrah again. She is truly gifted and you can feel that she loves what she does.

As my session with Zahrah began I immediately felt very confident in her skills. Once I was encased in the sand my senses heightened and it was easy to relax as she guided the gentle hypnotherapy, NLP and RTT work. I felt several deep shifts in awareness leading to deep peace.
